Advent Day 8 -- The Homestead and Snowman Murder

Mark thought it would be nice if we worked up a few musical numbers to take over to our local Memory care center. Luckily, I now from years of procrastinating that if you don't call and set a date, it will never actually happen. If, on the other hand, everyone realizes that after church on December 8th, there is a roomful of sweet folks, waiting for you...we'll bust out the ukuleles.

It might be Saturday night, but we'll get it done. And we'll bring a whole gaggle of friends along.

(I can't tell you how much I love Miss Anna and her fancy clip on earrings 💙)

Anna and Megan both got brave and played a piano number for the residents.

The Sirois', Guenthers, and Jensons made it feel like an event and we almost made the residents forget that we interrupted their Chiefs game.

Next on the list was our Snowman Cocoa! Its a simple process. All you do is take an unsuspecting chocolate snowman and....

BOIL HIM ALIVE in steaming hot milk... the horror!!!

And viola! A nice cup of cocoa.

And death.
