We are winding up the summer. Just a few days left before we head back to school and the little girls and I will spend quiet days alone.
We started our off with our annual Summer Bucket List.
I have to say, we busted out that list in short order. We were checking things off like maniacs all through June. By the time we left for Florida, we only had 7 things left to go....one of which was "Go to Florida".
And then we came home and we decided our best course of action would be to sit on the couch and watch reruns of Veggie Tales and make treats for ourselves.
So we did. And we are. And we're not sorry.
We refuse to do our hair.
We are pretty sure we can successfully conduct the remainder of our summer business entirely from the couches....(potty breaks and treat-making factored in, of course).
We might watch this caterpillar turn into a butterfly.
If we happen to be in the kitchen making No Bake Cookies when he gets around to it.
