One day!
Ethan turned 20 one day before flying out to the mission field. He requested a spaghetti feast! With meatballs and buttery garlic bread. And his fave...sunflower crunch salad!
The Flynns, Petersons and Guenthers came over for cake and ice cream. That's a lot of voices singing "Happy Birthday"!
He was clearly touched.
These friends have been surrogate parents and siblings for Ethan. When we didn't know what to do, they stepped in over and over to love and nudge him in the right direction.
We're so grateful we got to spend this birthday with Ethan and our dear friends! Tomorrow comes too soon.
