SBL-Beaded Windchimes

Do you have any idea how many different kinds of beads it takes to make FOUR SETS of these windchimes?? 

So many beads. 

Do you have any idea how obsessed I became with finding cool and interesting strings of beads/necklaces at thrift stores? 

So obsessed. 

Do you have any idea how much assistance is needed when stringing and tying little bells and lovely beads at precise lengths to a piece of adorably unique driftwood?

So much assistance. 

And I love them so much (the kids AND the chimes).

SBL-Tbones sans Mathew

I don't know why, but the universe absolutely does not want Mathew to come to a T-bones game with us. Every year, it is scheduled on the same week as Mathew being at scout camp, or high adventure or EFY or seriously, anywhere but at this game...with us.

But hey...he's having fun and we'll get him his conciliatory bag of kettle corn.

We are in a crafty mood this summer.

All we need is some tinfoil, a tub of clay and some shiny things and we are ready to make our own dino eggs.
